 Guarantee: We fully guarantee all of our products. If for some reason you are not happy with any item you purchase from us you may exchange it or return it for a refund. Product claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Return Policy: Product claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork. The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
Service: At COMPOSTERconnection.com our goal is to keep you happy. All in-stock orders are shipped from our warehouse the same day if received by 12:00 PM (Eastern Time). Orders received after 12:00 PM are shipped the following business day. Drop-shipments, or items sent by 3rd party shippers, are processed within 3-5 business days.
How To Order: All items on this site can be purchased safely online using our secure shopping cart. This cart eliminates the possibility, however small, that someone might capture and view your sensitive information (such as a credit card number) while it is en route over the Internet.
You'll know your transaction is secure when a "complete key" icon appears in the lower corner of your Netscape Navigator screen, or a "closed lock" icon appears in the lower corner of your Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox screen.
Order Online:
1.) Click the "Buy Now" button next to the item you would like to purchase.
2.) Within your shopping cart, select quantity and product qualities (if applicable). You can change your cart anytime prior to ordering.
3.) Select "Check Out" or "Continue Shopping".
Order by Mail:
1.) Click the "Buy Now" button next to the item you would like to purchase.
2.) Complete the first 4 steps of our 5 step order process. Do not click "Place Order."
3.) Print step 4 (Payment Page) and send it with check, money order or credit card number to:

Pick up the phone and give us a call at (406) 582-0920 between 8 AM and 5 PM Mountain Time - please have your credit card information available.
Shipping:
Shipping charges are determined by weight and package dimensions and will be calculated during the checkout process. All products sent from our warehouse are shipped FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Please provide your street address as FedEx cannot deliver to a PO box. Average delivery time is 3-8 business days. If faster delivery is required, Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day services are available at an extra charge. Sorry no C.O.D orders.
Composters (and other items) with Flat-Rate Shipping are often sent directly from the manufacturer via FedEx/ UPS ground - faster delivery is NOT available for these items. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Alaska & Hawaii:
FedEx Ground services are not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, which must be sent via US Postal Service or FedEx 2-Day. Additional shipping charges may be applied AFTER checkout.
